Sunny77 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sunny77 platform. Registration requires a valid Malaysian phone number, full name, and password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and login details. All activity carried out through your account — including betting and financial transactions — is considered your own unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team within a reasonable time.

User Responsibilities

  • Not sharing your account or login credentials with any other party.
  • Not using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Not attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or loopholes in the odds and payment systems.
  • Not opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register.
  • Complying with all Malaysian laws and regulations applicable to online activities.

3. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the sunny77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets available in Malaysia. Each transaction is subject to the minimum and maximum limits set out in your account section.

Sunny77 is not responsible for any third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or wallet registered and verified under the same user's name.

Transaction Terms

  • Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet where the owner's identity has been verified.
  • Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe based on the selected method.

4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Sunny77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, use of multiple accounts, attempts to manipulate the system, or failure to comply with identity verification procedures.

For accounts suspended due to security concerns or an ongoing investigation, any available balance may be frozen until the investigation concludes. If no violation is found, the balance will be reinstated and the account reactivated. Users whose accounts are closed due to serious violations will not be permitted to re-register using different information.

Account Closure upon User Request

Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned via the registered payment method. The closure process typically takes a few business days.

5. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Sunny77 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of this platform, service interruptions, transaction processing delays caused by third parties, or betting decisions made by users. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that all betting decisions are entirely their own personal responsibility.
